Combine that with the plethora of sophisticated, user-friendly dual action polishers that are flooding the market, you'll quickly understand why I felt the need to develop a line of foam buffing pads exclusively for McKee's 37. You won't find these pads anywhere else. Here's what sets them apart: First and foremost, every pad in the McKee's 37 Redline Pad System is over-sized. The industry norm has been 3.5, 5.5, and 6.5 inches respectively. I wanted to deliver faster results, so my team came up with the idea to make the pads ¼ inch larger in diameter. It may not sound like much, but when you're polishing a large pick up truck or in my case, a 45 foot Coach, that extra ¼ inch makes a big difference! Thanks to the cutback design with the 35 degree beveled edge, your 3, 5, and 6 inch backing plate will fit perfectly! Size matters. When foam buffing pads were first introduced, they were obnoxiously thick. The foam buffing pads that make up the McKee's 37 Redline Pad System are 7/8 thick, which garners the most pad rotation from your dual action polisher. If the pad is not rotating efficiently on your dual action polisher, you're not removing paint defects! The fact that my foam buffing pads are only 7/8" thick ensures consistent pad rotation, even with entry level dual action and random orbital polishers.
The tapered design features an industry-exclusive 35 degree beveled edge. This helps ensure the pad stays flat as you polish a section of your vehicle. The high-density foam helps the pad retain its shape and mechanical cutting abilities, even after extended polishing sessions. ACT (Advanced Cooling Technology) prevents heat from building up by circulating air through the center vent, creating a pad that lasts longer. Pads paired with McKee's 37 polishes and compounds will last even longer! McKee's 37 Redline Foam Buffing Pads are compatible with all styles of dual action and rotary polishers, including forced rotation and long-throw orbitals! White All-In-One Foam Polishing Pad - Arguably the most versatile pad in the line (and my personal favorite!), the White All-In-One Foam Polishing Pad pairs perfectly with one-step polishes, cleaner waxes, and all-in-one cleaners and polishes.
