My husband loves using this Detail spray to keep up the wax job. When we just take the boat out for a sunset cruise I'll use this to remove any daily grime, bird droppings from the boat just sitting on the lift to give it a fresh look.
The name of the product says it all. Its a final step, not a substitute for a good cleaning. I really like this product as a quick detailer. It is very easy to use and gives an otherwise clean boat surface a really nice shine. Its by no means a substitute for a real wax job because it lacks long term durability, but its perfect for keeping a clean previously waxed surface looking fantastic.
Wipe your boat down with this detail wax after taking it out of the water to really make it shine
